    Hello,

I created a post that shows review stars (e.g. 5 star icons) and would like to display that on The Grid masonry. It looks like the HTML is removed from the grid item but remains for the page view. What do I need to change so that the HTML is not removed?

Also, is there a way to style the skin (e.g. remove parts of what it shows like the category and tag)?

    thanks!

BTW, I’m trying to get support for The Grid from the developer but they require a purchase code to submit a ticket. What code can I use to submit ticket with them if needed?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! If you want to do this you will need to edit the plugin functionality. Unfortunately we can’t assist on such customization.

    Cheers!

OK I would like to get assistance but to submit a ticket to The Grid you need an license. Does a license come with X Theme? Or are we pretty much out-of-luck (i.e. need to purchase license from developer)?

    Hello There,

X doesn’t have a license for the Grid. To know more how we utilize this plugin in X, please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/integrated-plugins-the-grid/

Regarding the request that you wanted to have in your grid, the items being displayed relies on the skin of the grid. Regretfully none of the grid skin offer the feature that you wanted. I would recommend that you create your own custom grid skin so that you can add up the ratings in your custom skin. To do that, simply follow the documentation here: http://theme-one.com/docs/the-grid/#!/create_skin

As this is all custom development, regretfully we won’t be able to assist further. Custom development is outside the scope of our support. We’re happy to provide advice and get you started in the right direction, but you would still be responsible for the implementation.

    Thank you for your understanding.
