As the title says suddenly after i created a new grid i get an error “No content was found for the current ursername(s) and/or hashtag(s).” Also, when i work in cornerstone and try to insert a second grid it affects my first grid and i end up having 2 identical grids. Lets say i have published Grid A. Its a posts grid. Everything cool right? Now i create a Grid B and set it to showcase my instagram Feed. I go to cornerstone and insert a new grid which is my B grid. When i press save (NEAT-O!) i end up having 2 B grids. I have to choose again which grid goes where through cornerstone, which is not big deal, the problem is that i cant display my instagram feed or anyone else’s actually

I noticed another thing just now. In list view i can see some of the settings my grid has. For example: Posts, Justified, Horizontal, Brasilia Brasilia is the skin im supposed to have selected i guess. Well whatever skin i choose it does not get saved! In list view there is always the Brasilia skin selected.

The problem most likely lies with Instagram’s new API policies that were updated June 1. It’s not working with Revolution Slider either. Any word on when the API for the Grid and/or Slider for Instagram will be updated?

Thanks for letting us know. As we can’t control the functionality if Revolution Slider or Grid plugin but we can let them know about the issue. I am pretty sure they are aware of that and maybe working on that too but I’ll let them know again to make sure.

Hi Joao – Just wondering if we could get a timeline on when they’re going to update their API with Instagram? Unfortunately, we can’t contact them directly since we don’t have a Purchase Code specifically for Revolution Slider or Grid (as they were plugins included with X).

So I’m just wondering if they’re actually doing something about it or if we’ll have to find another way to get our Instagram feed on our website.

Thanks for the feedback. I will be forwarding your concerned to the right person in charge in communicating with the creators of the bundled plugins in X. Once they’ll have a reply or maybe an API update, ourdevelopers will surely integrate it in X and will be rolled out in one of our future release updates.

Seems the plugin has been updated to 1.60 and everything works fine if you have purchased the plugin separately. The wrote this:

“Hello,

If you have not updated The Grid to v1.6.0 and you have not regenerated your Instagram Access Token as mentioned in the admin message from The Grid (v1.6.0 and if The Grid is registered) then it will not work.”

So its up to the X team now.
