alex5252ParticipantI am trying to use the RSS feed as the source on The Grid and the stories are coming through, but there are no images. It just says “mail t” in large blue pixelated letters. How do I make it so featured images come through with the RSS feed?
Some feeds work and some don’t.
For example this feed does not work: http://www.cbsnews.com/latest/rss/main
But this feed does work: http://www.wired.com/feed/Any idea why the cbs feed does not pull in the images?
Here is the site I have this set up on https://marckdesignconcepts.com/pearlcitystatebank/
Attached is a screenshot of the grid on the home page

ChristianModeratorHey there,
Regretfully, not all feeds are supported as they might be structured differently. For instance, images in http://www.cbsnews.com/latest/rss/main are inside <image> tag while images in http://www.wired.com/feed/ uses regular HTML.
We’re sorry but there is no solution to this.
Thank you for understanding.

alex5252ParticipantIs there a list of supported RSS Feeds somewhere?

RadModeratorHi there,
It should work on all types of feeds as long as featured images are added. But not all feeds include images, hence, you can check if it’s supported if there are any existences of
<image>IMAGE URL HERE</image>.The problem here http://www.wired.com/feed/ is because images are added within the article content, and not as featured image. Featured image usually appears in feed as
<image>IMAGE URL HERE</image>, but here http://www.wired.com/feed/, there are none.Thanks!

alex5252ParticipantYou make it sound like the Wired.com feed should not be working? that one does work, it is the CBS field that does NOT work.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Wired website is powered by WordPress. CBS is not and using another content management. They have their own rss feed which is way different from WordPress.
Meanwhile, in Wired.com website, for example on this page, http://www.wired.com/2016/09/hands-iphone-7-feels-little-different-lot/, it doesn’t display any featured image.
Hope this make sense.
