    I tried to register for The Grid by submitting my personal token and it said “no purchase found.” I tried it twice and it didn’t work. As far as I understand, I have all the system requirements and have V1.6.0 (please see attached).

    Hey There,

    Since The Grid plugin is bundled with X, you do not need register it. You can find our Grid documentation here

    Hoping to get an answer regarding this topic.

    The above posts, state that there is full functionality without registering. However, I am trying to use ‘The Grid’ plug in on my site and because it is not registered I cannot use the ‘Skin Builder’ Function.

    How can I access the Skin Builder?

    @Trevor you most likely installed TheGrid 2.0 from the Add-Ons menu, and you did not update X core to 4.6.2. Try updating the X core, and then The Grid will allow you to use all features (including the skin builder).
