    Hi,
I see on The Grid website, that there should be options to have facebook, twitter, flickr, rss feeds, etc.
However, the only options that are showing up in my grid settings are posts, instagram, youtube and vimeo.

    Where are the other options?
I’m particularly looking to add a facebook feed.

    Thank you!

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! Let’s see here what’s included – http://theme-one.com/the-grid/

You will find the official documentation there as well.

    Cheers!

I don’t understand. If you look at the nav bar on the page you sent me, under social media – there is an option for facebook.

    Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Can you please confirm that you are using the latest compatible version 2.1.0? You should have the Facebook option in the source settings. It has been added since version 2.0.5. If you are using the later version, you won’t probably see it. All you have to do is to validate X so that you will be able to update to the latest version of TheGrid.

Please let us know how it goes.

My X is validated, but I still have version 1.4.0.
    How do I update that?
All the other plugins are updated and there is nothing under the updates panel in the wordpress backend.

    thank you!

    Hello There,

Thanks for updating in! You should have updates notifications in your dashboard. I went ahead and logged in to your site. I can confirm that there is no update available. So I deactivated theGrid plugin temporarily and there it was the update notice. I just updated the plugin to the latest version for you. You are now using the version 2.1.0.

By the way, please always make sure to clear your site cache before testing your site. This should be done so that the code or changes from the latest release/state is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

If there’s anything else, we can help you with, please let us know.

    Regards.

    Thank you so much!
One more question – is there a way to have one grid that has a combination of a facebook feed and posts?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

It’s only possible for facebook page posts, group, and album. Not applicable for your profile posts.

    Thanks!
