    Hello there! I’m having a few issues with the new The Grid plugin. First, when I try and put the OAuth key I created in, it thinks for a while and then resets to saying it’s not active.

    Second, I am trying to make a grid with YouTube videos but I get a message saying “No content was found for the current Channel/Playlist/Videos.” I already added a YouTube API key and and tried direct video, channel, and playlists and get the same message no matter what.

To assist you better with this issue, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look at your settings?     Hello There,

    Please make sure that you have correctly setup Youtube API key. Could please generate a new one? You can find more information about the Youtube API key here: https://developers.google.com/youtube/v3/getting-started#before-you-start

    Hello Again,

    You might need need to verify domain ownership to allow webhook notifications to be sent to your external domains. Google verifies that the user owns each of the listed domains via Search Console. If still doesn’t work out, please let us know and we will contact directly the support team of The Grid plugin about this matter.

    Yea my site is already verified and all API funnels are set to enabled. I tried a new API hash with no luck. 🙁

    Have you tried both Browser key and Server key?

    I tried your API on my installation with the same result, and it’s specific to your API. It’s best to contact youtube community or developer for more insight.

    Yup. I’ve gone over everything like 20 times and I’m not sure what else to do other than just ditching the plugin. 🙁

    Thanks for your patience on this, I’ve done some testing and have replicated the issue.
