RupokMemberHi Jonathan,
Sorry to hear that you are facing trouble. It seems some files might be missing during the update. Kindly deactivate and remove the plugin and install again from X Addons menu.
Let us knwo how it goes.

Jonathan FParticipantHello, I should have specified this in my first message, I have deactivated, deleted, cleared cache, reinstalled version 1.6 that is in the download file from envato, updated to 2.1, then deactivate, reinstalled from X Addons and the problem still persists.

ChristianModeratorPlease try going to WP Engine > General Settings and Reset File Permissions.
Thanks.

Jonathan FParticipantI tried reseting File Permissions originally and it didnt fix anything and I tried it again this morning but that has not solved the problem unfortunately. I also disabled all caching and that didnt fix it either.

Jonathan FParticipantany idea on what the next step is??

RadModeratorHi there,
It should be okay now, it’s due to multiple layer of caching. I included the library globally but it doesn’t work, had to clear caches multiple times including the THE GRID’s builtin caches.
Cheers!

Jonathan FParticipantWow thanks! thats crazy, I have been clearing caches over and over, I guess I just missed one, again thanks!
