advermanParticipantHello and congratulations for the quality of your theme and your work.
I’m developing my new personal website and I noticed that unfortunately there is a problem. On the home I used the “The Grid” plugin but I noticed that, probably because of a conflict with something else, the contents are not shown. And this in a completely random way. After refreshing the page, sometimes the content comes out and sometimes not. I made a short video showing the problem.
Can you help me? Thank you.Site: 2016.adverman.it

ChristianModeratorThis might be due to the number of post in the page and your connection to external sites like Facebook. Please try removing posts and connections and check again. Web host performance might affect this also.
Thanks.

advermanParticipantWhat do you mean by “reduce the number of posts on the page”?

RadModeratorHi there,
They load instantly from my end. What version of Safari you’re testing it on?
Thanks!

advermanParticipantThe problem still occurs, unfortunately. I think it’s a conflict between The Grid and Superfly menu. You can test by trying to turn them off?
I invite you to also look at the http://2016.adverman.it/progetti/ page where although there simply a grid, often the problem occurs.

advermanParticipantI’m sorry not to have been answered.
However I have done alone test and I have to confirm the problem by turning off superfly menu disappears. Now I do not know if it is some specific setting that causes the problem, but the bug exists and it would be correct that you can solve it, in addition to also report it to other users.October 19, 2016 at 2:18 pm #1222751
RadModeratorHi there,
It’s working fine on my end, tested on both Safari and Chrome (Mac & Win10). Would you mind providing a video recording of what you’re getting?
Thanks!

advermanParticipantAfter several tests and attempts, I managed to solve the problem. The combination of the two effects that I highlighted in the screenshot, generated and still generates the problem.

RadModeratorHi there,
Glad it works now, would you mind clarifying what’s left? It works on my Safari even before.
Thanks!
