    Hi there,

    I have been using The Grid for a while but my Instagram feed has not been showing.

    It’s been displaying: “Sorry an error occurs: This client has not been approved to access this resource.”

    Please let me know what I could do to solve it?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! What’s version of the grid plugin that you’re using? This issue have been resolved in the later versions of the plugin. Please crosscheck the version compatibility guide here (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/).

    Sorry I haven’t seen this.

    I believe I am using the most updated version. I am using the bundled version with the X theme.

    I don’t see the automatic update suggestion..

    Does this mean I should deactivate and then delete the plugin.. and then install it again?

    Could I ask if this will disrupt or tamper with my other Grids that I have made? They are crucial to my site functioning.

    Hi there,

    The Grid itself is preventing the automatic updates, you can deactivate it and there is no need to delete it. Once deactivate, automatic update for 1.6.0 should appear and then you may update it. Then activate it once the update is done.
