    I’ve exported a The Grid skin from my staging server to my live server. When I try to import the json file I get the following error: “The file doesn’t contain any data.”

    Any idea what’s going on?

    Almost forgot. I checked the file, and there is content in the json.

    Hi there,

    Kindly try re-exporting the data and import again. If the issue still persist, you can share your site’s login credentials and the exported file in zip format.

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
