    I’m trying to get my grid to display in completely random order upon every page load. I have it set to “Random Order” but it’s staying stagnant. The Grid in question is on this page (http://www.urbanwellmag.org/) under the ‘All Articles’ title.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! Please edit your grid and make sure to add which should be the other parameters to be displayed in random. By default, it is using by date. Please use ID and random order like this;

    For more details about ordering, please check out the documentation here: http://theme-one.com/docs/the-grid/#!/source_settings

    Hope this helps.

    Even with that change is just orders my pages in reserve order of page id upon ever refresh. With no randomization. And the link you sent didn’t describe a way to achieve this. Is it not possible?

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing your admin login credentials in private reply? Might due to cache, it’s random feature is only based on WordPress built-in queries. It should work as how WordPress works.

    You can order by date, title, post ID, number of comments, authors, meta key(s),…
    All the possibilities offered by WordPress are available.

    Thanks!

    Hello There,

    Thanks for providing the information. The random order may not be possible. Please do check out the documentation for full details about ordering grid elements by parameters here: http://theme-one.com/docs/the-grid/#!/source_settings

    As The Grid is a 3rd party plugin, regretfully, we have limited support for it that only covers its compatibility issues with X. So any question related to grids, skin styling or how the certain feature of the grid works, would be getting outside of the support we can offer. You may refer to The Grid online documentation: http://theme-one.com/docs/the-grid/

    For more information on the bundled version, please refer to our knowledge base article on The Grid (https://community.theme.co/kb/integrated-plugins-the-grid/).

    Thank you.
