    Hi,
    I just updated my X Theme to version 4.6.2. However, The Grid did not update. I was really looking forward to trying out the Skin Editor.

    Wondering if you could point me in the direction of why it may not have updated?

    Thanks for writing in!

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    In that case, please uninstall the Grid and then install again via Addons.

    Also I was wondering if there was a way to keep html in post excerpts in when using the grid?

    That worked great for excerpts on the blog page. But ‘The Grid’ still seems to be stripping the html.

Regretfully, this particular customization request is outside the scope of our support as this is not related to an issue with the theme and instead has to do with your customization of it. As such, you will need to investigate this particular issue on your own or seek help from a developer should you not feel comfortable making these changes yourself.
