I would like to have the grid of the webpage https://wp.laforetgroup.com/grupos-escolares/ like the grid of the theme like http://demo.theme.co/ethos-1/ . Because my picture they cannot see well and the size of the box is different.

Did you try choosing different skins on your Grid Plugin?
You have different skins and some really look like Ethos1 Header Post Grid, which is not generated by The Grid Plugin itself and restricted to Ethos on that position.
Here you can see all the possibilities you can achieve with The Grid
You just need to choose the right skin.

Your grid looks fine but the images are bit squarish so you are not getting the same result like the demo. Let’s use proper dimension to get better result.

On your grid plugin > Inside the grid settings of your Grid > you will find the tab Grid.
There you can set the amount of elements on each device and also the spacing between the elements, playing with this parameters you can adjust the size of your elements.
