    Hey,

    Im having trouble on both my sites with the customizer not allowing me to save my settings. I reached out to someone to fix it but i was told its a bug within x-theme trying to work with woocommerce. When i go to save, the wheel at the top spins and stops but when i exit out of the customizer nothing saves. Please let me know if you can help.

    Hi Adam,

    You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    If this doesn’t work, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi Adam,

    Thanks for the credentials. I tried to change the stack fro Customizer and saved it and it was working fine as expected. So not sure where it’s not working as you mentioned.

    It doesn’t allow me to save typography settings woocommerce settings and more.
