Scott MSpectatorI would like to personally thank the X Theme team for always going the extra mile for answering questions in the forum.
I have had some negative experiences with X Theme and other support systems, but I have to admit and acknowledge X Theme’s persistence to make things right with their customers.
Your extra effort has been noted, and I personally appreciate you spending the money to make this support system easier than most. It has helped my customers, and especially ME (when I have no clue what the hell to do). You have saved me hundreds of dollars by always responding to my questions (even when I’m an arrogant moron).
So please pass this thank you on to your WHOLE ENTIRE STAFF TEAM so they continue their great effort to help us understand the web world.
Your support system is why I stick with you and why I sell you.
Thank you for dealing with us personally! I am a tough customer with 80+ topics and 300+ replies. Without your help, I would have spent a fortune trying to solve simple/complicated issues. I feel as if you deserve this message. Feel free to share it with your customers. People should recognize the time and agony involved with having a successful support system. There are hours and hours of employee training and thousands of dollars spent.
I hope to continue this process with you and eliminate the Themes that don’t adopt a positive hard working attitude.
