    Hi there,

    Regarding input type select. This is an input type that is interpreted differently across browsers. We can try and see if we can get CSS to work on it properly but some rules may not work.

    Please check your site and update us so we can take a look – thanks!

    Sorry it is http://www.usfinancial.com. It would be weird if every other form type could be changed besides select… The only rule I care about is the line width and color. Thanks!

    Please try adding the following CSS rule into your Customizer, Custom > CSS area. 

    
.wpcf7-select {
    border-color: #000000;
    border-width: 2.5pt;
}
