Some text has vanished from our website.

The text is appearing in Cornerstone, but doesn’t show up on the actual page when it’s loaded.

Also our Rev Slider has disappeared.

Before we start troubleshooting, please update theme and plugins as this may fix the issue.

You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

Hello There,

Thanks for the updates! X 4.6.1 and Cornerstone 1.3.0 are now available! This release contains several bug fixes and we’re quite excited about the new features, so be sure to check out the changelog. Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Hello There,

Please revalidate your X Theme. To do that, please follow the steps:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

Once you X theme is validated, you can update the plugins via automatic plugins or in Dashboard > Updates.

And by the way, the text isn’t displaying because you have added this custom css in the customizer,

.home div#x-section-1 p:first-of-type, .home div#x-section-1 p:last-of-type {
    display: none;
}

Please remove it and you will see the texts.
