GallardoooParticipantHi, I have set the global body/content font to be Roboto-Condensed 400. However, I would like to change the font-weight for a specific text element in a page to 300. I already tried entering “font-weight: 300;” on the style field but it doesn´t work. It just doesn´t change from 400 to 300 at all. I´ve already made sure that the font weight 300 is available for this font so it should work. Do you know what could be going on? :/

If the font-weight is available and you place the code on right element then it should work fine. To assist you with this issue, we’ll first need you to provide us with your URL. ChristianModeratorThe CSS works however, you don’t have a 300 font-weight. You only have 400 and 700. Please check your settings in Appearance > Customize > Typography
Thanks.

GallardoooParticipantI know I only have 400 in the global settings, that´s the whole point of why I´m using the style field. I have established 400 as the global font weight for body and content, same for Headings. That is exactly why I´m targeting that specific text element by using the style field to change it´s weight to 300, otherwise I wouldn´t need to.

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing back. It seems your font-family is Roboto Condensed and available font-weights are 300, 400 and 700.
I can see font-weight 300 is working fine as expected – http://prntscr.com/dh5vs0
Here goes for 400 – http://prntscr.com/dh5vvv
And for 700 – http://prntscr.com/dh5vylSo your font-weight that you have set is working fine.
Cheers!
