    Hey there I just just updated the essential grid plugin and now none of my backend is available. I cannot access dashboard or anything on the wordpress side, no new pages, posts etc, I can’t turn on or off plugins – I only receive this message: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/content/80/8799680/html/wp-content/plugins/essential-grid/admin/includes/import.class.php on line 313

    Hi Curtis,

    Sorry to hear your website’s having the issues.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    I resolved the issue by deleting essential grid through FTP access, which is unfortunate as I love that plugin.

    Hi there,

    It shouldn’t cause that error, I don’t have that on any of my installation. My essential grid works just fine, do you customize it?

    Hi there,

    The compatible Essential Grid is 2.0.9.1 ( https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/ ). Looks like they released a faulty copy of 2.1.0.1.

    I went ahead and installed 2.0.9.1, please don’t update it yet.
