    Hello,

I’m using a licensed, activated X theme install. Several extensions have installed perfectly and are in use, but I’m having an issue with Superfly.

The issue: After installing and activating Superfly, the plugin’s Activation page asks for a purchase code (rather than displaying the message that I don’t need once since it’s bundled with X).

Another thing I noticed is that when I go back to the extensions list, Superfly shows as not installed. I can actually install multiple instances of it using the extensions screen, since it never registers the plugin as installed.

I’ll send login credentials in a private reply…

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! Unfortunately your given credentials not working. Please double check the username and password and update us with correct credentials. Meantime remove the Superfly and check again the X Addons menu and try installing from there.

    Thanks

Apologies — turns out there was an error when I tried to create the user account and it was never completed. I’ve now confirmed that the account is properly created and the above credentials will work.

    Thanks again!

    Hi there,

It seems Superfly is installed and activated. Although it’s not showing as activated on Addons menu for some reason but it’s not asking for purchase code either. If you are referring this (http://prntscr.com/d56ef3) then it’s for the standalone version and you don’t need to activate it from there.

    Thanks!
