Hi Themeco,

I am getting confuse here. Was trying to set up Superfly menu when I realize I cannot save any configuration I made in Superfly.

The buttons not working.

I had seen some people also has the same problem here, and try some of the solutions you provided for them.

Trying to activate superfly plugin as you said in some thread, but getting confuse about the purchase code I should be submitting.

Any suggestion on how to fill the blanks? Will be waiting for your reply,any response will be very appreciated.

Hi there,

You don’t need purchase code, just enter your email address and click on save button. It works without activation code.

Entering an email still results in Superfly requesting a purchase code. Like other users who experienced this problem, this is with a child theme, and the Addon still shows as uninstalled on the Addons page despite the plugin being activated.

Hi Nanang,

Please try to uninstall the plugin and resintall it again and try to activate and register it with your email.

In case this does not work, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials
