When I click the X on the superfly menu on this site it does not close.
PS you activate the superfly menu by clicking “Veterinary Services”

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your site and I could not replicate the issue. I can click on the X icon and it closes the SuperFly menu. This could just a caching issue. Please clear your browser cache or use private browsing mode and test your site again. Are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

It seems to only be not working on my touchscreen laptop. Any idea why it wouldn’t work just on that.

It’s hybrid, both desktop/laptop + mobile touch. And since modern devices are now even surpassing desktop resolutions. It’s harder to detect if a device is mobile, hence, all touch based devices are treated as mobile even if it’s a laptop. Some plugin disables feature only applicable for mobile even if it’s a laptop but touch based.
I checked it on my end, but not the same device and it’s working. Would you mind providing a screen recording? Make sure the browser developer’s console is captured too 🙂
