EMI_roseParticipantI tried to activate the “Superfly Menu” plugin, but was not able to. IT was requested that I contact the developer of the theme in order to solve this issue and then the demo can be completed…
The error that appears is: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare sf_convert_symbols_custom() (previously declared in /homepages/41/d651301789/htdocs/clickandbuilds/JaniceKRoseEMI/wp-content/plugins/superfly-menu-FLgUFD/main.php:790) in /homepages/41/d651301789/htdocs/clickandbuilds/JaniceKRoseEMI/wp-content/plugins/superfly-menu-dOvSZl/main.php on line 790
Please advise!

Paul RModeratorHi,
Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
You can find the latest version numbers here: (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
Don’t forget to check the changelog too.
Thanks

LelyModeratorHi There,
Based on the error above, it seems that superfly is already installed. Cannot redeclare means that specific function was already declared and been used. Which will only happens if the plugin is already active. See this:https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/superfly-menu-plugin-inactive-fatal-error/
Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:– Link to your site

RadModeratorHi there,
You have three copies of SuperFly plugin. I deleted the other two and it should be okay now.
You’ll have to add menu to your SuperFly source setting in order for it to work.
Thanks!
