ThomasParticipantThe SuperFly Menu plugin isn’t saving. The “Save Changes” icon just stays highlighted when clicked but nothing happens. Hope you can help!

JadeModeratorHi there,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If this doesn’t solve the issue, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

ChristianModeratorPlease check if your have correct WordPress files and folders permission. See https://www.smashingmagazine.com/2014/05/proper-wordpress-filesystem-permissions-ownerships/
You can do the plugin conflict test by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thanks.

ThomasParticipantI’ve tested for plugin conflict and it doesn’t appear to be the issue. I added the following lines in wp-config.php file after removing the plugin files as instructed above, but still no success:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );After reinstalling the SuperFly Menu plugin, it still isn’t saving. Could you please advise as to how this can be resolved?
