flacnvinylParticipantNo matter what, I cannot get Superfly to appear. I currently have the X nav disabled (although set to left side) and I have Superfly set to side panel, always visible.
Note: I have read and re-read the Themeco article from July stating how to make things work. I believe I have everything configured correctly. Next post will have all private info necessary to view and troubleshoot. If I have missed a setup that was in the walkthrough then that is certainly my fault. If it is something else, I hope the article can be amended.

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Under ‘!ACTIVATE’ tab, please enter one of your emails to activate the plugin, then you should be able to save changes.
Thanks.

flacnvinylParticipantAhhh!! Didn’t realize we had to activate it. That should be listed in the tutorial as the very first step!

NicoModeratorHi There,
Upon checking your setup both mobile and desktop, I could not be able to see the menu already.
Let us know if you already fixed it.
Thanks.

flacnvinylParticipantX menu is somewhat disabled, but still loading in weird ways. I started a new thread to address that issue specifically…

NicoModeratorFeel free to ask us again.
Have answered your new thread already and I believe it is okay already too.
Thanks.

JadeModeratorHi there,
You can try to follow the instructions on this page to improve the performance of your site.
https://community.theme.co/kb/performance/
Hope this helps.

flacnvinylParticipantIt is not a site performance issue. We have very few plugins rolling and we are highly optimized on themeco hosting. The plugin loads AFTER the page has loaded causing a junky loading.

RadModeratorHi there,
I don’t see any loading issue on my end. I also checked it on Pingdom tool and nothing slow.
The site is loaded in 1 seconds, then another 1.5 seconds for other resources, its’ fast. Though there are ajax requests that take longer, and it’s the admin-ajax request from Cart Cloud plugin. But it shouldn’t be a problem unless SuperFly waits for ajax requests to finish too.
Still, total of 2.5seconds is really fast for me.
Thanks!

PhilosophersOverTyrantsParticipantMy x theme is activated and license validated… however, when I go to activate the superfly menu it tells me the same license key is invalid. How do I fix this?
