    Hello,
    I just installed the Superfly Menu from the X Addons. Activated the plugin, and ready to follow the steps of setup from the knowledge base. However on the Activate tab, it is asking me a purchase code.

    Can you help me with this?

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing in!

    Superfly is a bundled plugin which comes along with a purchase of X-theme. It doesn’t need any purchase code to be entered. All the available X-theme Plugins are for free to use and you are free to use them all.

    In order to your issue, would you mind sharing your Website’s Login credentials so that we can take a closer look of the issue?

    Hey There,

    It seems you’ve installed an additional Superfly plugin. Kindly remove the current version of Superfly plugin and try to install a fresh copy of it from the AddOns section.

    Go to : Dashboard>> AddOn>> Navigate to Superfly>> Install button and then activate the plugin from the Plugins section.

    Hey There,

    Thanks for the clarification!

    This could be a temporary caching issue that you’re experiencing.

    Would you mind performing a task to clear cache? You can use following plugins to clear the cache :

    – W3 Total Cache: https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/
    – WP Super Cache: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing in!

    Would you mind installing Superfly plugin from through FTP?

    In order to do so, you just need to bring .zip file of the Superfly plugin from the theme directory. You can find it within framework/plugins/.zip .

    Once you get a .zip file of Superfly plugin, go to Dashboard>> Plugins>> Add New>> Browser the .zip file of Superfly and hit the Install button.

    Make sure to delete/ uninstall the current version of Superfly plugin from the theme before following above method.

    Hi There,

    To Validate Superfly you need to enter your Name, Last Name and Valid Email.

    Please see this page:

    Once it is validate it should work as expected.
