jlhsolutionsParticipantI have the latest version of X installed. I have clicked the button to install Superfly and activated it, yet it still shows I need to install this. I am guessing this is a bug and I am hoping that it will be fixed in an upcoming update.
I’ve attached a screenshot showing Superfly on the left hand side and the Superfly extension needing to me installed.

jlhsolutionsParticipantAlso, I noticed that because it shows it isn’t installed, it won’t active the plugin with my X license.

RupokMemberHi there,
Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. You can install the plugin manually for now. It’s included within the extensions folder if you download the complete package from Themeforest.
Cheers!

jlhsolutionsParticipantWhen I click on the button, it will install. But X doesn’t recognize it and then when I try to use it, because X hasn’t “registered” it, I can’t do anything since it keeps telling me that the product isn’t licensed.
How do I go about getting this issue resolved?

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! Let me explains it this way. Most of the bundled plugins in X were provided through our Themeco plugin server. When you install any plugin or any plugin updates, you will need to validate X theme first before you can connect to our plugin server. And then once the plugin is installed, this doesn’t mean that the plugin is registered to their respective creators server. You do not need to register any of this plugins simply because we are the ones who will be providing any of those updates. To learn further how we utilized SuperFly plugin, please check this out: https://community.theme.co/kb/integrated-plugins-superfly/
Thank you for your understanding.

dihetheringtonParticipantThe same has happened to me, however I had registered before I added plugin. The plugin did activate but like others say it said it was not installed in the x addons section although it was.
It appears to work ok however, when I got to add icons to the menu items and upload font library it does not do anything. Please help, what should I do?
Kind regards
David
