lckennyParticipantAfter relocating our site to a new server, noticed Superfly icons are not available. The ones that were already selected are still set, however when attempting to change or search for a new icon, the Icon Manager no longer appears.
I manually updated all references to the old directory structure in the database (was /home/lckidau/public_html, now /var/www/comfusion.com.au/public_html) but this has not resolved the problem.
Also, I notice under the Icons page, under the Superfly settings, while I can upload a new icon zip created following the instructions, when I select Insert Into Post the little circle just spins.
Happy to provide admin access to the site and DB, not sure how at this point.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! I did some further investigation. I noticed that you are using PHP version 5.4.16 and WordPress 4.5 requires at least 5.6 (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). This could possibly be the cause of the issue. In most cases you cannot update your PHP version yourself and need to contact your host about this. The upgrade process is an easy process and should be something your host can do for you without affecting your website or charging you for it. Here’s a letter you can send to your hosting company:
Dear host, I\'m interested in running the open-source WordPress <https://wordpress.org/> web software and I was wondering if my account supported the following: - PHP 5.6 or greater - MySQL 5.6 or greater - The mod_rewrite Apache module Looking forward to your reply.Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.

lckennyParticipantThank you for the suggestion. Your post prompted me to check https://wordpress.org/about/requirements, which states the current recommended configuration is:
– PHP vrsion 7 or greater
– MySQL version 5.6 or greater OR MariaDB version 10.0 or greaterSo I have:
– Upgraded PHP on the server to 7.0.14
– Upgraded the database to MariaDB 10.1.20
– Checked mod_rewrite is active and proved .htaccess is being utilizedHowever, unfortunately the problem still remains, as previously described.

RadModeratorHi there,
Please backup your site and allow me to disable all your plugins. I need to check it clean without any other active features.
Let me know when you’re ready. And please provide your FTP login credentials as well.
Thanks!

lckennyParticipantHi. I confirm the site is fully backed up so feel free to do what you need.
You can access the ftp at:
ftp://comfusion.com.auPlease login using the same username and password provided above
Also, you can access phpMyAdmin if you want to look at the database:
http://comfusion.com.au/phpMyAdminAgain, the same username and password above will get you in.
Thank you for your help on this tricky problem!

RadModeratorHi there,
This looks like related to hosting configuration.
1. Installing SuperFly fails (reinstallation), it succeeds one time but got 2-3 instance of SuperFly plugin.
2. Installed plugins through add-ons have different file system permission, hence, I can’t even edit them through FTP.
3. Ajax result is empty which could be related to permission as well.
4. I can’t edit config files to enable debugging due to permission as well.
5. Changing permission isn’t allowed.
You should try it on another hosting, or contact your current hosting provider and fix these permission issues.
Thanks!

lckennyParticipantHi Rad,
I restored the server from the backup, then uninstalled Superfly through the WP menu. Then, I deleted /wp-content/uploads/la_icon_sets and its content. This seems to have done the trick, as when I reinstalled Superfly everything is functioning normally.
Thanks for helping out.
