frankyParticipantHi Guys,
I can’t get Superfly to install proper and seem to have that icon / installing error.
Can you install it for me so it works again (I already tried everything)?

RupokMemberHi Franky,
It seems you have Superfly installed and activated but you have two different version installed – http://prntscr.com/cqlete
Can you remove them both and install from X Addons menu to make sure you are using the right version?
Thanks!

frankyParticipantI now tried (also when all plugins are deactivated) but keep getting the error message..
I now deleted the plugin.. Maybe you can see if you get it to be installed (with the icon option included)

frankyParticipantHi,
thanks for this. hing is I still don’t see any icon sets.. In another article I read it maybe is a JavaScript error to not be able to have the Superfly icon sets.

Thanks, we’ll look into this and will let you know. Maybe it’s related to other issue that we’re currently checking.
Thanks!

frankyParticipantHello,
Did you find a solution?

FriechModeratorHi There,
Please update your x|theme to the latest version to make sure that this is not a compatibility issue.
Then do a testing for a plugin conflict as I’m seeing a “headers already sent” error when I activate the Superfly. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thanks.

frankyParticipantHello Again,

LelyModeratorHi Franky,
I did try installing it from Addons and then via FTP with no avail. Icon sets is really missing. But then I did check the Icon files via FTP and it is there. Then we found out that this might be a hosting issue as of the moment. We have forwarded this to our developer for investigation. There’s seems to be a hosting configuration that has conflict with superfly. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Rest assure that we’re on top of this one. Thank you for understanding.

frankyParticipantThanks for this so far.
On my side all is set on the coopworker.com domain (before is only was findable on the temp. address).
If there is I’m happy to hear the progress of the missing superfly icons.
Cheers,
