shamrockozParticipantSupport,
Playing around with Superfly (super thanks) – I have the hamburger menu visible. But I also have the current X menu visible.
Obviously I don’t want both showing – is there a way within Superfly to only show the Superfly menu instead of the X menu? Or what would the preferred mechanism be to not show the X menu?
Appreciated.

RadModeratorHi there,
Do you wish both desktop and mobile menu? Try this CSS
.x-btn-navbar, .x-nav-wrap { display: none !important; }Your Superfly and X menu has same items, I guess you preferred to remove the other one, right?
Thanks!

shamrockozParticipantSupport,
Thanks for the CSS …
I guess my question is this.
If I create a Superfly menu which I want to supersede the X menu must I use CSS to make std X menu disappear?
I would have thought that the std X menu should have disappeared when I created a Superfly menu.
Just trying to understand why CSS is necessary

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for the updates! Superfly is an addon that enables you to add a menu. It doesn’t remove or override the X standard menu. If you do not want to have the css, you can always create a new menu with empty or no menu items in it. You can then assign it as your primary. The primary menu will then display an empty menu.
Hope this helps.

JvPParticipantThe standard X menu should automatically disappear when Superfly is active. Having a duplicate menu is just plain silly…

ngrhdParticipantHello!
I’ve exactly the same issue I guess. I’m currently using X’s vertical menu and Superfly being a vertical menu in itself, I think X’s menu is getting pasted over it. Upon looking the page source, I can already see Superfly CSS and scripts being loaded but not the Superfly in frontend but X menu. I’ve tried the CSS as provided but X vertical menu container would still exist, hence either Superfly isn’t fully deployed or there’s conflict.
How do I actually know what’s going on?
Thanks!

shamrockozParticipantSupport,
Following on what Jvp suggested – an option to make current X menu inactive would be most intuitive …
Cheers.

KiljanParticipantI have also been playing around with it and got it to work on desktop, but even though I disabled the menu positions for my normal menu, the x menu i still hanging around.
On mobile it just didnt work, obviously I enabled for mobile etc.
At this point it would be very nice with a tutorial or and in depth knowledge base article.
(I think perhaps there are some X theme stack issues to consider?)Anyways, it looks promising, but it does not quite work “out of the box” so to speak.
Thanks for what could be a great addition to X. -
