Jennifer SParticipantHi there! I’ve seen other posts saying that we do not need to activate Superfly, but I’ve got it installed, active and have adjusted all the settings. Yet when I refresh my site, no Superfly menu shows up. Which makes me wonder if it really does need some kind of Purchase Code to activate the license…??
I read this already: https://community.theme.co/kb/integrated-plugins-superfly/ – doesn’t talk about it from what I can see.
c3d.ondemandmarketing.net is the site. Everything is current. Please advise? Thank you!

RahulModeratorHey There,
Thanks for writing in!
Superfly doesn’t need activation code since it comes bundled in X. Do you use Child Theme within the X Theme?

Jennifer SParticipantHi! Yes, I use a child theme. Right now, I have Uber Menu going. But I deactivated Uber, and went through all the Superfly settings, but all’s I ended up with was a flat bar menu across the top of my page with no real formatting.
I assigned the menu, chose left side, etc., and it did not change anything. Any idea why?

Jennifer SParticipantHi! It was noted in my first post but it didn’t link up – sorry. http://c3d.ondemandmarketing.net/
But right now, all’s you will see is the Uber menu. I switched that back on after Superfly failed. Let me know if you need login info. Thanks! 🙂

RupokMemberHi there,
I can see you still have UberMenu on your site – http://prntscr.com/c6pfo0
If you think you deactivated this already, kindly provide your login info as well.
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
SuperFly menu is working and I assigned to left side. Please note that it doesn’t need a license to make it work. It’s fully functional.
Though, this issue might be related to cache. Been trying over and over and it won’t work, but it just works after waiting.
Thanks!

Jennifer SParticipantI can see it now – thank you! I was wondering if it might have been a caching issue. Ok.
Now that the menu is there, how do I eliminate the current menu that’s going across the top of my pages?
Thanks so much! 🙂

LelyModeratorHello Jennifer,
That is Ubermenu. If you don’t want to use it anymore, feel free to deactivate the plugin.
Hope this helps.

Jennifer SParticipantHi! Yes, but when I disable the plugin, the top menu is still there. Just doesn’t look as nice… How do I turn off the standard menu so I can just have the superfly menu?

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
If you do not want to use the default or standard menu, please do the following:
1] Go to Appearance > Menus
2] Create a new menu.
3] Do not add any menu item so that this will serve as a blank menu.
4] Assign this blank menu as your primary menu.
5] Create or assign the menu you’d like to use in SuperFly.Please let us know if this works out for you.
