    Is there a way to use sumome with the X Theme? I tried to put the code in the custom javascript section in the customizer but it didnt work.

    Hey There,

    You will have to insert codes into your php files. header.php or footer.php for example, whichever is required by sumome.

    Did I mess anything up by putting the code in the custom javascript section? Also, will the sumome plugin work vs. entering code into PHP? PHP and I don’t get along very well 🙂

    Hey There,

    Popup services requires you to put the code at certain places. Like Optinmonster requires you to embed the code before the </body> tag and every service has got their own requirement. So it’d be easier to put the code where it is needed in order to get it work.
