PirateLabParticipantHola!
I am trying to figure out how to suck blog posts from my other websites (from subdomains of my main site, e.g. oil.piratelab.org) into my website (piratelab.org). Previously I have done with with a syndication widget. I can’t tell if there is a built in functionality here in X or if that is something I need to add in via an additional widget. All of the help comments I could find seem to be focused on folks getting the RSS feed from the site in question, but nothing about pulling in feeds from elsewhere.
For example, I am trying to set-up something akin to this: capstoneblogs.piratelab.org/
Thanks for any advice/help.
-Sean
P.S. Sorry for the naive question here, I’m new to X and not much of a coder.

ChristianModeratorHey Sean,
Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities. Thanks for understanding. Take care!

knicksfixParticipantHi, I am new to ThemeX. Are there any plugins you would recommend to enable an external RSS feed from the WordPress plugin directory?
The plugin below appears to meet the basic need. However, I don’t want to install something that may break the future release of ThemeX.
Thank You,

DarshanaModeratorHi Amrit,
You can try any external plugin that suits you and most of them are compatible with X theme. However, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.
