Chandler WParticipantHi there!
I am having a problem with submenus on my staging server. I had one dropdown menu titled updates that was working just fine.
I then tried to add a second dropdown menu called “Premium Forecast”, but as soon as I published the changes, neither menu would drop down when hovered over.
I stumbled upon another forum post here that said it was just a matter of making sure everything fits in the allotted space so I changed “Premium Forecast” to “Subscribe”. This made no difference.
In attempt to at least get the original dropdown working, I changed the menus back to exactly how they were before I made any changes. It looks just as it did originally, but now the “Updates” dropdown which was always working does not show the submenus when hovered over.
Staging URL (where the problem is occurring): http://staging.bitcoinbullbear.com
Production site: http://bitcoinbullbear.comThanks in advance!

ChristianModeratorHey Chandler,
Are you using the latest theme and plugins version?
February 26, 2014 at 10:30 pm #18405
Chandler WParticipantEverything is on the latest version, no updates available via dashboard.
Are you able to reproduce the issue? It is persistent across all machines for me.

RubinKeymasterHi There,
you have several plugins / a popup at load installed can you try removing them just for troubleshoot purpose? Thanks!

Chandler WParticipantI actually already discovered: It’s a plugin we just purchased called Membermouse.
Is this solely on their shoulders to figure it our then? Can you give me any leads or insight at all into what elements might be conflicting?

RubinKeymasterHey Chandler,
we do not provide 3rd party plugin support but the MemberMouse support staff is very helpful and I am pretty sure they can guide you. To make it easier for you: Tell them that there is some javascript conflict.
