Hello, I am trying to create a sandbox of my current website using a subdomain and was wondering can I use the xtheme I have already purchased in it? I am wanting to try out the new ubermenu without using my live site.

Thank you for the help! one more question, when I turn on ubermenu in mobile the ubermenu is inside of the regular menu button.

I checked your site with the ubermenu active and it seems to be displaying fine. We’re you able to solve the issue?
I was! after much trial and error. Of course another issue has appeared, woocommerce will not send out any emails of any kind. I was wondering if x theme may have something to do with it? maybe overriding certain files needed by woocommerce? again I appreciate the help.
Hi there,
If you don’t receive email notifications, most probably it could be due to a hosting related issue. Depending on spam or white-list settings on your mail servers, this could prevent you from receiving the emails. You can try using another email provider’s email account to see if you get the email notification (Eg: Gmail) and also check your SPAM folder in your email account.
Also you can setup a SMTP server to send your emails which you can do that using these plugins:
