rdiversonParticipantHey!
This was a thread we discussed several months ago. Post # 838929.
75% of the time the sub sub menu’s display properly. But there are other times when it overlaps. I just looked and it was just fine, but when I checked on another browser, on another computer it overlapped.
Could we get into this again and see if there is a bug?
Thanks.

rdiversonParticipantI agree. I see the same thing, but our clients continue to complain about this issue. So much so they want me to re-structure all the menus. For some reason it continues to happen on their end.
Do they have to keep clearing their cache every time it does happen?
Thanks for your help!

JoaoModeratorHi Ryan,
I would recommend your client re-installing the browser, it is possible he/she has some conflicting addon install on chrome or whatever browser she uses.
Hope that helps

rdiversonParticipantSo I opened up the site and tried it and there were no issues. I stayed on that page for several hours then I tried it again and the problem happened again. I think its a caching issue. Any ideas? (See screenshots)

JadeModeratorHi Ryan,
Please try to add this code in the customizer:

RupokMemberHi Ryan,
I have checked this again with multiple browsers on my end couldn’t replicate such issue. It could be related to your client’s PC. I can’t find anything that might cause this issue.
Cheers!

rdiversonParticipantHello,
It isn’t just on my clients PC, it is also happening from my location as well. If you navigate the website, click one of the nav bar menu’s and then try the sub menu again and it overlaps. I thought it was a cache issue, but man something isn’t working right.
Thanks for your help.

JadeModeratorHi Ryan,
I tried checking your site but I can’t seem to replicate the issue as well. See screencast below.

Would you mind mentioning what browser are you using?
