Hi there,

I was just working on a website of mine, and when I created a new page, it looked really strange. The standard layout and the blank with container, header and footer layout does not apply when I select it. My other two pages look just fine, but new created pages are strange.

Can you please take a look? The login details will be posted underneath.

As you can see, the cornerstone placeholder is not full-width and not similar to the other page, while all the settings are the same.

Hi There,

Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line

/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

Also You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

I will try it, but I did not install any plugins the past few days. It just happened all of a sudden. I changed the config already.

Thanks for writing back, I’ve tried to check this but I could not even open Cornerstone, which could be because of Cloudflare, please follow the following steps to bypass the issue with Cloudflare and Cornerstone.

1) Login to CloudFlare and go to Page Rules
2) Create a new page rule
3) In the page rule link put: *.yourdomain.com/*?cornerstone=1* Type this exactly how it’s seen including the * and replace yourdomain with the name of your domain
4) Leave everything the same but change settings:

Custom Caching: Bypass Caching
Browser cache expire TTL: 30 minutes
Always Online: OFF
Performance: OFF

As you can see in the screenshot, I applied the rules. I can still load cornerstone, but it does not fit in the layout like before. Please compare the line-up or info page with other pages, its very different.

Would you mind clearing then disabling the CloudFlare? I’m still seeing a trace of rocketloader when I view the page in Cornerstone.

And please clear your caching plugin too.

I disabled Cloudflare and Siteground’s caching now. Unfortunately it still does not work.
