My client has some trouble with their header. It is showing with a dark blue color but it should be white. See screenhot.
They are using Windows and IE11. I’m on MacOS so I don’t have this issue.Can you help me with this? Thx!

Older Windows OS might not have support for hsl color values so please so please add the code below in your Appearance > Customize > Custom > Global CSS

Would you please ask your client to clear cache? I’m not able to replicate this, see the attachment.
Your topic says the issue occurs on windows 8 but in your post you said that the issue is happening on windows 7.
Please clarify. I run test on windows 7.Hope it helps.
