    I deactivated everywhere and I still get this error:

    “This purchase code has already been registered. You may have an additional account. If you’re unable to locate it, contact us with your purchase code and we can take a look for you.”

    Hi there,

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having this issue. Please provide us with the following information, so that we can look into your issue.

    – Link to your site
    – License key (purchase code)
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for providing the information. When I visit captivatebydesign.com, it will get redirected to mardelliinc.com/design/. This could be the issue. To properly revoke and revalidate your site, please follow these steps:
    1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
    2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
    3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    Please help as soon as possible, I really need to rectify some stuff on my site and it is completely useless, no plug ins work, etc. and I think it is due to this issue

    Hello There,

    Thank you for double checking the user credentials for us. It seems that you are using an older version of X. X 4.6.4 and Cornerstone 1.3.4 are now available! This release contains several bug fixes and we’re quite excited about the new features, so be sure to check out the changelog. Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

    By the way, using the given license code, I was able to validate your X theme. http://prntscr.com/d95f5a
    You should now be able to update X and other bundled X plugins. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of X and Cornerstone.

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
