Please add equal padding to top and bottom of section #1, e.g :25%.

Hi there,

The background has fixed to the position, and the position is calculated by javascript. And javascript only runs upon loading.

Let’s add some default value, please add this CSS to Admin > Appearance > Customizer > Custom > CSS

.x-section.bg-image.parallax, .x-section.bg-pattern.parallax {
    background-position: 50% 24px;
}
