    Hello,

I’m using Ethos theme with woocommerce and have updated to all the latest versions. I have setup standard tax rates for my shop in woocommerce -> settings -> tax -> standard rates. I set them up according to their example file and all looks good.
However, when I test this in the Checkout page, it shows zero tax. Please see the attachment. Can you help?
    my site is: http://staging.uniquegiftsandart.com

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

You can find the latest version numbers here: (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hello,

Thanks for the list. I updated X Theme to 4.6.1 and checked Woocommerce and the rest of the plugins seem are all updated. I tested it again but the result is the same. The standard tax rate is still not showing in the checkout.
    What am I missing?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Unfortunately, we can’t provide support for that area. You could try contacting the plugin author or community. It’s the standard they imposed and that something we can’t control.

    Thanks for understanding.
