Hi,
I run my website under ssl, and the green padlock is not there. Could you provide me a tool to know wich element is no https, or just look at it : http://www.lanacrouse.fr.
I think it could come from the background image i have left from your base, as in the home page/section2…

Regretfully, this particular customization request is outside the scope of our support as this is not related to an issue with the theme and instead has to do with your customization of it. As such, you will need to investigate this particular issue on your own or seek help from a developer should you not feel comfortable making these changes yourself. If you have any further questions about the theme, we are more than happy to provide you with assistance on these inquiries.
To remove background pattern, add temporary background pattern under Customize -> Layout and design and save customizer. Next remove it and resave customizer.

I’m sorry but i think the problem come from x… Even the best has default…
When i active an other theme, i have no probleme with my ssl and the green padlock appears in chrome.
I run a child theme. I ve seek other post on this issue without finding any answers…Sorry for the confusion. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Hi There,
This background image(http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2013/06/bg-integrity-1.png) was set by the customizer as a default. I’d already removed that under Layout and Design panel on Customizer.
Everything should be fine now 🙂
