    Hi there,

    I have recently bought an SSL certificate, but the certificate is not being displayed with the Green Lock. I am told from whynopadlock.com that this is due to this file

    ‘wp-content/plugins/convertplug/modules/modal/functions/config/img/cross.png’

    I’ve seen the same question online, which I presume has been answered, but I cant access Brainstorms support center because I can’t find a purchase key.

    Can you let me know (if you know), how I can fix this, alternatively, can you let me know where I can find my purchase key?

    Hey Tom,

    You can send a ticket to ConvertPlug support here https://convertplugonx.freshdesk.com/support/home.

    Regarding purchase key, please see https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/ to validate X. If you’re referring to ConvertPlug, you won’t need a purchase key for it as it is bundled with X.

    I cant login for some reason, it just keeps coming up with this error;

    You are not authorised to access this portal. Kindly contact your helpdesk administrator.

    I am using my X Theme email address, and have tried a few others too..

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

    I am actually using something like that, however that does seem better than what I am currently using, so thanks!

    However, I am actually looking to get the Green Padlock on the whole site, as the Convertplug image is the issue.

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing your site’s URL and admin login credentials in private reply? Brainstorm support may only accessible for users who bought the license from them. The bundled plugins doesn’t have license, it’s just free to use. Theme license is only applicable for the theme.

    I can see the issue is now regarding your logo – http://evergreenwealth.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/evergreen-white-logo.png

    Let’s remove this and upload again. Also reset it where you have used it.
