    Hello,

I’ve never had this problem before. I’ve installed X theme (version 4.6.4) on WordPress (Version 4.6.1) using GoDaddy’s Managed WordPress on a temporary domain http://0ae.ada.myftpupload.com/ Cornerstone version 1.3.3

I am trying to import the Church extended demo. I’ve tried the troubleshooting steps recommended (increasing memory limit, flush cache) though it won’t let me flush the cache. The standard demos will import, but extended won’t.

Please let me know what other info you need. Thanks!

    Hi there,

It seems that your issue is specific to GoDaddy Managed WordPress as you can see this recent thread (https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/were-sorry-the-demo-failed-to-finish-importing-13/).

Your disk space is not an issue, also you have cURL library installed on your server running PHP v5.6.27. Can you check with your hosting provider to see whether if there’s any firewall rule blocking the connection. Also they can check your error logs to find any other information.

Let us know how it goes.
    Thanks!
