Dear Themeco Team,

some pictures are missing on my startpage when displayed on a mobile device. On the desktop everything is fine, even the mobile preview in the editor seems to be okay. But on iPhone and iPad the title images of some posts are missing (randomly?).

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your site and the images are displaying perfectly. This could just be a caching issue. Please try to clear your mobile phone’s browser cache or use private browsing mode and test your site again. By the way, I noticed that you have insert an invalid html code in your footer content area. Please update it and use this instead:

Hello there,

thank you for your answer, I have updated the footer content. Unfortunately the pictures are still missing, even in private browsing mode. Always the same posts are affected, for example “Roadtrip durch Südisland”. I have also tried this on other iPhones and iPads, there is the same issue. Do you have another idea?

Hi there,

Thanks for writing back. I have tested your site on mobile and the image loads fine on my end. You can check from a different device or just try re-uploading a different version of the image, like converting the JPG to PNG.
