JoaoModeratorHi There,
Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );You can add it before the line
/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
Let us know how it goes.
Also make sure to have WordPress and X updated to the latest versions.
Thanks

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for providing the information. I have checked your site and it seems that there is a JS error on the page. This could be coming from a plugin. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

RadModeratorHi there,
It’s because of custom code added for lightbox. I went ahead and fixed it.
Cheers!

I want to thank you for your help! I would just simply not be able to maintain the high quality website that we have without the support of the team behind x-theme. You are all just amazing and super-friendly and helpful.
A million thanks to you!
