michaelsachsParticipantHi,
I want both a Facebook and Instagram social media icon to display to the right of the navbar menu.
I have been following the guidance in the topic https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/social-icons-to-the-right-of-navbar-menu/ . I used the suggested _navbar.php code in my child theme and this has put the menu in the correct location, a divider after the menu and blank space for the social media icons to go.
However, I can’t work out next how to put the two social media icons in place. I updated the _navbar.php code list items (under the div class “social_by_nav” to the correct links to the social media pages but no icons are showing in the navbar.
My site is https:wiseguy.biz
Thanks again for your assistance!
Michael

ChristianModeratorHey Michael,
We’re sorry but we do not support header modifications. Please consider using UberMenu which is bundled in X. You can checkout the demo at http://wpmegamenu.com/. As you will see, you can setup icons and position them to the right without coding or tweaking template files. Please see UberMenu’s documentation in Appearance > UberMenu > Help (tab).
Thanks.
