    Hi,

    The social footer menu on my site has disappeared after I changed the front page with demo contents.
    But I backup and restore the xcs (json) file.
    Can you please help?

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing back!

    Upon checking your website, you have not selected any Footer Widget.

    Go to : WordPress Dashboard> Appearances> Customize

    At the left side, you’d see customization options from which you need to select Footer option. Select Footer Widget Area and add it to your site.

    Once you added it, you can Go to the Menu option and can add Footer menu right there.

    Hi,

    Can you please be more specific?
    I’ve attached the updated Select Footer Widget Area settings.
    And can see the social link icons in Customize mode, but not when I visit the site URL.

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing back!

    It’s actually there in the live site as well. See attached!

    If you couldn’t see Social Icons in the Footer, try Caching your theme by using a Caching Plugin and you’ll be able to see them back!
