    Hey amazing people,

    I have been very long customer and I love it!

    I have got 2 problems related to slow loading as follows:

    1 – in Mobile phone such as iPhone6s (Chrome), when I scrol down in blog posts, the page freezes to a second and so and then scroll down and so on. It does not go down smothly like any other website. ( I have already deactivated smooth scroll, it solved the problem a little but not fully)

    2 – in the home page, there is a loading sign that really annoys me and it takes even longer in mobile than desktop. I just wanna my website to load normal please and of course without any loading icons.

    Thanks guys but if you have checked my website, I already have W3 total cache and this is a cache plugin that will not solve a problem of the first time visitor which I rely on.

    Hey Khalid,

    I’ve checked your site on my desktop and phone and it loads normally (not loading slow).

    The loader image does not affect performance and it is there for the user to know that the content is downloading. Disabling it is outside the scope of our support as that would require custom development.

    This looks like an internet connection issue on your end. Please try on different device with different connection.
