inbonkimParticipantHi, my site http://11talk.net was loading fine yesterday and this morning. Now all the pages and links takes around 15-20 seconds to load. I have several sites on the same server that’s loading normally. I’m not sure what’s happening but I hope you can help out solving this issue.
My site is http://11talk.net

ChristianModeratorHey there,
Thanks for writing in! After reviewing the information provided above, I would try checking with your hosting provider on this particular issue as it sounds like something related to your setup is causing this. Typically, this is due server configuration problems (i.e. underpowered, traceroute issues, packet loss, permissions errors, et cetera). Additionally, your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you. If the problem you are experiencing persists after working with your host, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to assist you. Any relevant information that you can share with us from your host is also greatly appreciated as it will help us to better ascertain the source of the problem.
Thanks.

inbonkimParticipantHi,
We purchased Theme X and installed it WordPress set up with a Multi-site configuration. Everything was holding up in place until today when the website 11talk.net became very slow. At first we thought it was due to the hosting server but we quickly ruled that out because we own a re-seller hosting and the other websites we have on the same server but using a different them are not slowing down. We suspect the Multi-site configuration is the culprit.
So now we would like to revert back to a single-site installation from a multi-site. But how do we go about this and preserve all our content and we mean all. We need to launch this website ASAP.
Thanks

RupokMemberHi there,
In that case I’d suggest you to setup the new site without destroying the current one and use our Migration guide to migrate the whole site to new site. Alternatively you can just save the Cornerstone pages as Templates and use this on new site if you don’t need full site.
To do this :
1. Click on Templates on your Cornerstone editor – http://prntscr.com/8rlr3k
2. Click Save to save the page as template – http://prntscr.com/8rlreo
3. Click Upload and upload the downloaded template to another site you want to use the page.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!

inbonkimParticipantI think we isolated the issue. It’s one of the add on plugins for woocommerce. But thanks for your help.
